Florrie was a neighbour of my mums, we lived two doors down, as kids we always had to call Mrs McGregor never by her first name and that never changed. Year’s later and having a son of my own he would often run down to see her if she happened to be in the garden or at her door and shouting “Oh hello Florrie” it always made us all laugh including her. She was a lovely lady and always showed kindness to all those who knew her. Condolences to the family. Helen (Phillips)

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of my Aunt Florrie. Though I never had the opportunity to meet Florrie in person, I am truly grateful for our conversations and correspondence over the years and will miss having that connection.
