Peacefully at her home; Erinvale Avenue, Finaghy; following a long illness, bravely fought. Loving wife of Neil; much-loved mother of Gavin, JP & Clare; mother-in-law of Ian and devoted Nanny to Faye, Hannah, Cameron, Jay & Erin.

As friends of Gavins we wanted to express our sympathy to him and the entire family circle. Although we didn’t know Myrtle personally, we do know how close Gavin was to his mum and how fondly he spoke of her, often. Although more recent times were tough as she battled her illness, it is a source of comfort for all family members I am sure, to look back to all of the many happy years shared and the joy she brought to all of your lives. We extend our thoughts and best wishes to Gavin and all who knew and loved Myrtle at this time of great sadness, in our thoughts.
So sorry for your loss.
Myrtle was a lovely person and a great neighbour.
